- Location: St. John’s, Newfoundland
- Why it’s a winner: MUN has some of the lowest tuition fees in Canada. Newfoundland’s Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) is one of the easiest PR routes, often not even requiring Canadian work experience if you graduate from here.
- Approx. Tuition: $6,000 – $10,000 CAD per year (program dependent).
2. University of Saskatchewan (USask)
- Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Why it’s a winner: Saskatchewan has the SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program). If you graduate from a Master’s program here, you may be eligible to apply for nomination without a job offer if you meet specific criteria.
